I had high hopes since this was a required course text from an excellent professor, but I am highly disappointed

I have never purchased ANY book, let alone a textbook, that contained so many typos and misspelled words. Not only that, but the text references figures or tables not present and online appendices that are still not available even though this book was originally published over 5 years ago?! I had high hopes since this was a required course text from an excellent professor, but I am highly disappointed.
